Is this talk therapy?
No, this session is body-based and nervous system focused. While conversation is a part of the process, the work happens through regulation, somatic awareness, and subconscious techniques, not analysis alone. Change doesn’t happen through analysis alone — it happens through the body and subconscious.
Do I need to know what I want before booking?
Not at all. Many people come to this session feeling unclear, stuck, or disconnected. The goal is to create safety first. Clarity often comes after.
Is this a one-time session or ongoing work?
This is a one-time introductory session. For some, it’s a powerful reset. For others, it becomes a starting point for deeper work, but there is no obligation to continue.
Can this help with relationship patterns?
Yes. This session is especially supportive for people who overthink, people-please, struggle with boundaries, or feel anxious in relationships. It helps you feel safe in your body so you can respond from clarity, not fear, in any connection.
Will this help me trust myself and set boundaries?
Absolutely not. You get one-on-one guidance with me every week, plus access to the framework and app between sessions. You can reach out with questions or for support whenever you need it—it’s a completely guided experience.
